Excellent
I have owned mum6 for ten years. Recently I accidentally dropped it. So I bought that Stand mixer. That is very high-skilled and the motor is stronger than the previous one. Excellent!!

Built to last
Very compact design. Use it mainly (at the moment ) for bread dough. Makes a large quantitiy with ease. No movement when it is mixing as it has a good motor that is very efficient and exceptionally quiet. Very pleased with the machine but like other people I am disappointed that there isn't a cover that can be purchased to fit it.Seems very well made and I expect it to last for a long time.Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

GREAT MIXER
The media could not be loaded. While unboxing this mixer and it’s attachments I was immediately impressed with the build quality. The mixer itself has a large stainless Steel bowl 5.5 litres and has two handles. The dough hook, whisk and silicone Beater are all weighty and substantial. This is equipped with a scale, a timer, and pre installed programs all very easy to use from the digital display. I found the scale very helpful and the timer too especially for kneading yeast dough. I’ve also attempted a Victoria sponge and next I’m going to try my hand at a pavlova. I’m making my own bread, rolls and burger buns. I’m not buying any shop bought bread since at the time of writing this we are in lockdown, I already owned a Bosch mixer but decided to upgrade, the old one which is still working fine has found a home with one of my daughters. The accompanying Shredder comes with three discs, and the blender which is great quality and is made of thermoSafe glass so you can use hot liquids. There are full instructions for the mixer, the shredder and blender have separate instruction booklets. The blender and shredder are colour coded so it’s very clear where they fit, Bosch have more attachments on their website. Using the mixer to make bread dough is a doddle and once it’s starts to knead I set the timer and it gets on with the job, there’s no bouncing around on the counter top either, the silicone beater is better as it means it’s more efficient at keeping the mixture from coating the side of the bowl, the whisk I’ve used to whisk cream so far and mascarpone cheese. There are 7 speeds, my only quibble is the dough hook, silicone beater and whisk can be a bit fiddly to attach as they go in at an angle. Apart from that I’m very happy. I opted for the 1500 watt model and though it’s a considered purchase I feel for me it’s worth it. There isn’t a recipe book there are 2 or 3 recipes in the instructions, and so far any video reviews I’ve managed to find are not in English, but it’s easy to see from these how the machine performs. The instructions are clear as to which parts may go into the dishwasher, I won’t be doing that as dishwashers are too abrasive. The short video I’ve now added just demonstrates how well the mixer copes with yeast dough.Update I made carrot cake in this mixer, I connected the shredder to the top of the arm and finely grated the carrots and chopped the walnuts straight into the bowl while the whisk blended everything together at the same time. Love my mixer.

Strong motor compared to other known brands.
Kneading option is my priority hence the motor has to be up to scratch. Will definitely recommend if you are into bread making. I opted for this because KitchenAid was not as powerful as this beast.

Used mixer under the name of a new one
I bought my mixer on the 15 of April and when I turned it on a noise was coming out like a short circuit. The scale was all scratched up. I think I bought a used mixer under the name of a used one

What a pity..
Spending 700 pound on the machine, i am still amazed by the lack of the“cook book” in the package. Customer service doesnt reply emails either. So I turn to Kitchenaid books and accounts on instagram to learn about mixing times on my Bosch machine! What a pity to see that Bosch is way behind the kitchen trends..
