As a stomach sleeper, finding a pillow that provides proper neck support and keeps me comfortable throughout the night has always been a challenge. For me the pillow was way to firm, didn't give at all, and I'm a big guy. It may be right for you, but if you're looking for softness with support I don't think this is it.

Very uncomfortable pillow and still woke up with wrinkles

A genuine appreciation of this pillow design. Fully adjustable filling for the height and firmness that’s most comfortable, down to me being able to fine tune the contours to maximize my sleeping positions. Over the first four mornings, I progressively removed and repositioned the filling to my perfect position. I ended up pulling out a total of four gallon zipper bags of filling. The pillow feels fantastic.Is it anti-wrinkle and anti-aging? That’s a rich suggestion, but the level of comfort I achieved through customizing the filling is so satisfying that there’s an inner smile of pleasure when rolling over in the middle of the night. Hard to explain, but nothing like sleeping on a comfortable pillow.There are three zippered sections to add or remove filling, so I spent time adjusting the height and shape of the pillow. The filling is just small rectangle cut foam pieces, which to my surprise, makes for a very soft and squishable pillow (no matter the firmness desired).I do use a pillow case, which is just easier to change and hasn’t taken anything away from the pillows features.I put the extra filling to good use by fluffing up a throw pillow with the extra foam.

I was looking for a pillow to help with my shoulder pain since I sleep on my side. I really like this pillow, but I wish it sat just a little bit taller in the front where my head goes so my shoulder wouldn't have so much pressure on it when I'm sleeping on my side. It's a great pillow, and I absolutely love how when I'm sleeping on my side, I can wrap my arm through the gap on the side.The pillow is super soft and firm (if that makes sense), so it's perfect for what I was looking for. It comes with extra cushion pieces so you can fill the pillow up to make it firmer if you'd like. I tried this and the pillow was just a little too firm so I ended up taking the cushion pieces back out that I added. It has three sections in the pillow separated by zippers where you can add cushion pieces. You can take out OR add cushion pieces on the left side, the middle of the pillow, or the right side of the pillow to make it softer or firmer to meet your preference.The pillow is great and it does take a lot of pressure off my shoulder compared to the "regular" pillow i was using. What I did do to make my head sit higher was turn the pillow around, which really helped as well. This had my head sit higher. I really like this pillow and use it every night, and my shoulder pain has not been as bad since I've been using it.Remember, this pillow is for side sleepers and stomach sleepers. It is not a pillow if you've had neck surgery and you are looking for a cervical pillow. If you've had neck surgery, or you are looking strictly for a cervical pillow to help with the adjustment of your neck while you're sleeping, there are a lot of other choices out there that I would recommend, but if you are looking for an overall pillow that offers comfort and is meant for side sleepers in stomach sleepers, this is definitely a great pillow to grab
