The media could not be loaded. Bottom of the acquarium not flat and not sitting on flat surface

The media could not be loaded. I am writing this after 3 weeks of using the product. Honestly I am not happy. First of all it's very tiny and 1/3rd of the space is used fir instruments so the fish stay in around 3 litres of water.2nd thing the filter is very very very poor quality... you wash it once and it's gone.3rd the water pump. Omg only after 2 weeks the pace of water flowing slowed and I can't do anything about it.I am not happy with it... the videos taken look extremely good but it's misleading. Also I can't return it or exchange it cause I have thrown the outer package of amazon so here is my complete review.
