One strip of the 23mmx760mm weighs 10 or 11 grams (my kitchen scale goes back and forth). Thats including the plastic cover that you peel away. So its probably closer to 10 grams rather than 11. That is quite significant. A lot of lead tape configurations are well under 10 grams total.So keep that in mind. But the little cut outs do their job perfectly. The thing holds up decently to sticking and unsticking a few times (but dont push down too hard).Also, line up the thing from the center. Dont start at one end and go all the way to the other, it will be assymetrical. The edge guard can handle being folded. Dont fold it super hard but you can fold it hard enough to leave a crease, and use that to align it on the center of the paddle.The little cuts make it easy to line up any lead tape. If you're ok to leave your lead tape on top of the edge guard

I just replaced the Selkirk tape with this tape. It’s a little bit thicker tape that’s why they are nachos for the corners. Period I hope it works as well. If not better than the Sellkirk tape. It was easy to apply and I will increase it to a five star rating after I’ve used it for a few weeks.

I bought 6 different packages: like them. Lasted for about two to three weeks. I will replace them often since they protect my paddles.

Have purchased these several times. And yellow is my favorite color. The notches in the strip are helpful around the corners. Like everyone, I scoop up the pickleball with my paddle and these edge guards do a good job protecting the paddle edge.

I love the unique design and it really protects the edge guard well. When playing with 50+ ppl at our local pickleball park it is great to pick my paddle out of the crowd in the queue. I used the 23mm wide for my 16mm paddle and it fit perfect. I weight my paddle and putting this tape over the weights was not an issue. The tape is very durable and lasted about 6 months until I chose to change my weight setup. The tape is very sticky and not easily reusable which wasn’t an issue for me. The install only took a few minutes and the back side paper is perfectly split in half to easily center the tape on you paddle.

Looks great, but the adhesive is subpar. Even after thoroughly cleaning the edge of the paddle, the sides of the edge guard starts slowly raising and peeling off.
