Things you need to know before ordering.
The product itself is good quality. But the wiring is unusable for most people. It does not have a common wire wired to the common plug on the four prong 50 amp output. What this means is you will not have 110 volts to anything inside your camper etc that you're using it for. It means you will only have 220 volts coming out. To rectify this situation you can move the green ground wire from the ground lug to the common and plug that end of it into the white common output on the inverter generator or you need to run a separate wire 10 gauge to 8 gauge from the common back to the generator common output. This is the correct way of doing it so you have a ground and a common. This will give you usable 110 volt output on each leg of the 220 plug. Also note that these are female plugs on the end of the chords. Check which style your generators have before purchasing. Also you don't have to use the banana style plugs you can wire in a 30 amp four prong plug on the end of the chords or whatever 220 output your inverter generator has and plug directly into the power on each generator. It works exactly the same. So if you have the wrong connectors this is the way to go. Note if you are not qualified to do electrical get somebody that is. It's simple and the inverter generators have built in protections. But you don't want to make mistakes. Note to manufacture. Make everybody's life easier and add the common wire!!!!!
