The media could not be loaded. This is the second brand new Braun steam generator in a week. Exactly the same problem as the first one. Filled water tank, switched on, pressed steam button, loads of hot water along with steam coming out of sole plate. Spoke to manufacturer, who said “really sorry, must be a faulty unit”. Waiting for a 3rd unit to arrive, to see if that’s any better? I’ve been using a Braun CareStyle Pro for years without any issues (until it broke & was uneconomic to repair). Looks like Brauns build quality has slipped badly, & to add insult to injury, Amazon has put the price up from £235.20 to £260 in a week??

I bought a product in August 2023, in December 2023 the steam started to go directly from water section and I burned my hand. 3 January 2024 I have sent it back to Braun, they told they need 28 days to figure our if they can fix it or not. 1st February 2024 they told that they cannot fix it and it should be replaced. And...! they told that they need another 28 days to replace it and send me a new one. You normally expect better customer service for the product you pay GBP300, however, you get no product - no money for 2 months. Also, they told that they cannot send me a temporary replacement. Last time I buy from Braun.
