Chicken katsu donburi at home!
One of the things that makes me sad in life is that Katsu Curry has overtaken from regular Katsu…. I used to be able to get that takeaway delivered or in restaurants, but nowadays I can just make it at home! Just drizzle bulldog Tonkatsu over pretty much any breaded meat or veg on top of sticky rice and bam! So delicious. If you’ve never had Tonkatsu sauce, the flavour is similar to Worcestershire sauce, but thick and sticky and sweeter. It’s so good!

The bestest sauce for katsu
I know katsu curry is the most well known form of katsu here in the UK, though we usually eat katsu with this sauce in Japan. It’s meant to be like Worcestershire sauce but a lot more mild with a bit of sweetness. It can be used for yakisoba, Takoyaki and okonomiyaki as well.

I think this is the most popular brown sauce in Japan. Like Heinz ketchup in England.This economy bottle is economical if you have a large family.It's more expensive than British brown sauce, but it's worth it.You might get addicted! ! It's just that delicious.

Delicious
This sauce is delicious. It goes amazing with pork but also with everything else. It's not like British brown sauce at all, this is less harsh and a little sweeter. Definitely recommend.
