I absolutely love these gummies. The flavor is yummy. Excellent ingredients. Plus, they give me the boost I need, without having to have loads of coffee. The only downside is if they end up in your mailbox, especially during Texas summers. They do hold up. But, I wouldn't want that to be a regular occurrence.

I purchased Troomy Boost and I am sooo glad I did! I was looking for a natural product to provide me energy during my workday. So I purchased the product and started taking take 2 gummies before I left for the office. It has made an incredible difference, providing me a natural energy boost to help me focus during the day. I was put off by them because they are horribly sticky! When I got my pack it was a big lump. Will NOT buy again!

I have to admit that I was very skeptical about this but they worked. It wasn’t like a huge rush of energy but more like it kept me from falling asleep.

They taste good but I don't notice any effect from them as the label claims they should do. They also stick together down into the bottle which makes it a total annoyance to try and get them out. I'm not impressed.

Works as described. Adds energy and stamina. Lowered my heartrate during my indoor bike exercise allowing me to set new personal record. Great supplement with no side affects!

Taste was good. Not sure it had any positive effects. They stick together and difficult to get out of the jar
