It is difficult to find gluten free, allergy friendly gnocchi and this is wonderful! Between us, my family is allergic to wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and mangoes. Plus we’re vegan.Thai gnocchi is delicious and it works for us. That’s saying a lot!I highly suggest it.

Cooks up in 3 minutes. Firm texture, indistinguishable from gluten gnocchi. Fries up well after boiling. Great with marinara, vodka sauce, or pesto.I hate sent this to several friends, and they all loved it.And it is a great value for the price!!!

These are really delicious! It is so hard to find good gluten-free options that don’t have a strange taste or texture. These will not disappoint and are perfect to have on hand for a very quick meal. We like to boil them and then sauté them for a second. It makes the outside firm in the inside chewy. They are absolutely delectable when prepared that way.

These are good. I like to use them as dumplings in my wheat-free Chicken and dumplings. I also use them in my version of minestrone soup as a replacement for the beans.

My whole family loves these! They cook in 3-5 minutes and are great with a variety of sauces. Soft and fluffy. So much better than my homemade ones which always turn out hard.

Great to have a ready made gluten free staple to cook as a main dish or a side. Great flavor and texture. Will be ordering again.

These are as good as any other packaged gnocchi that we have tried. Being Gluten Free will make my wife a repeat purchaser.
