Ordered the same night electricity went out and received it the next morning at 5 am fully charged. I'm a caretaker and needed something quick. The setup was easy. Radio worked for hours on end. Was able to charge phone up to 70%. I thought I could use the crank to charged the phone further but it doesn't work like that. You need to charge the device up ahead of time and use the charger for emergency charging only. Worked great in a pinch.

I bought this after a tornado came through our town and we figured out that my cell service is not reliable in the closet during bad weather lol. My son was so scared that I thought this might help. 2 weeks after I got it another tornado came through and this time we could hear the updates on time and clearly. The reception was great, the flashlight and other lights came in handy and it’s very easy to use.I love that it has a crank to charge it if you need to and we tried out the solar charging and it works! It feels heavy and well made, and now it lives in our storm closet. I may even buy another one to keep in my Jeep.

Everything on this radio works well; my only quibble with it is that mine didn't work even after charging it. There is a video on here that shows how to do a "factory reset", and that worked - I just think that it shouldn't be necessary to pop the faceplate off and poke the circuit board with a pair of needle nose pliers to make it work.

First off, it got shipped USPS which does not ship to rural addresses in Montana. So had a grand fiasco and had to go pick it up from the post office an hour away.The product does appear to be durable, but is diffinately low budget quality. Performance is poor. The radio does not work, at all...., the lights are not very bright. The buttons for operation are cheap and flimsy and I forecast will not last long.Save yourself frustration and go another route.

I sent this to my daughter in Galveston just before hurricane Beryl and it was her best friend. It kept her phone charged, provided updated weather and news reports, light at night when the power went off. As I am writing this review, the power has been off for three days since the Texas Local Government failed to stage the Power Repair Linesman in the area due to the added expense they would have paid them because of the Fourth of July holiday. The radio worked brilliantly and I can recommend this product to anyone.

GREAT IN AN EMERGENCY- NICE SIZE

Well built. Nice to be able to charge this up easily with three different modes. Lights are very bright and easily turned on and adjusted.

Every feature this item has is excellent. Easy to use. Lightweight
