I ordered these grates because I wanted to be able to use my wok properly. With only having an electric stove, I was never able to properly season my wok or use it to it's highest potential. These grates are heavy duty. They're made from 1/4" stainless steel rods and nice and heavy. I don't expect to use them except when I want stir fry, but I have no doubt they'd be perfect for all other types of grilling. The hole in the grates is the perfect size. It allows my wok to sit nice and low near the flames. I would completely recommend for anyone that does not have a gas stove but would like to get a more authentic wok experience.

I purchased these silver stainless steel grill grates to replace my worn-out Weber GS4 Spirit II 300 grates, and they fit perfectly! Installation was seamless, and they feel sturdy and well-made. The stainless steel color gives my grill a sleek, polished look while also being corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. I also love the removable center grate, which allows me to use accessories from the Weber Gourmet BBQ System, adding more versatility to my grilling. So far, they’ve held up well under high heat and frequent use. Only time will tell how durable they truly are, but based on the quality, I expect them to last for years. First and foremost, owners of the Spirit E-310 gas grill may rest assured that this set fits perfectly, with its overall dimensions of 23.75 x 17.5 inches. I believe the far more expensive genuine OEM grates are porcelain-coated while these are plain cast iron, but should still serve nicely. As instructed elsewhere online, new cast iron grates should be "seasoned" by washing, coating with oil, then held at 400F for 30-60 minutes. The removable circle in center is apparently intended for a wok accessory, which I do not have, but since the grates match up well with the rectangular sections, I can see no problem with it.

These grates are pretty much exact replacements for my grill. The left and right side butt right up against each other with no excess gap like some other replacement grates I’ve tried. The circular center grate is the same as the original and fits snuggly in the center grooves between the left and right grates. The texture of the grill grate is more like that of a seasoned cast iron skillet, matte and slightly rough and textured. Excellent replacement.

I've had my Weber Spirit II 210 for quite awhile, and I use it all the time for out of the ordinary tasks besides the obvious. When I saw this grate system, I was intrigued, so I had to try it. I don't stir fry on this grill, but I do use it with my wok for toasting dried chilies when I make salsas or bases for other dishes. That results in some smoke, and it'll take your breath away. I like the removable center section, which allows the wok to sit quite a bit lower to the heat, which is important to me. I was also surprised how heavily constructed the grates are, and they're nicely spaced for everything I grill. Well done!

I like the grates and it gives opening to cook with a wok.This one fits for my some 15-20 year old Weber spirit II / 300 series (with 3 burners)Remove the old one and put this one back as 3 pieces.I also did season it to make easier to clean in the future.Very good product for fraction of price.
