The media could not be loaded. The AyA gear snatch block was easy to use. Its very heavy and by all appearance is built well and very strong. My unit has grease zerk fittings. If the snatch block is not already lined up with the rope, especially with synthetic rope, sometimes the rope will not roll onto the pulley by itself and the rope needs to be put under some tension and the pushing into the pulley.

Work real well. Easy to disassemble for maintenance. Just need a small snapping pliers.

The first thing I did was take this apart to see how well it was made - and I was impressed. The bushing has a grease fitting and is cross-drilled to keep the pulley lubricated. The pulley is well made and shouldn't hurt my synthetic rope. The pulley halves look to be powder coated and the block has a nice weight to it. This should work well for off-road recovery.

It's good as it just sits in the box, haven't used it yet, however I'm sure it will hold up. No nicks on pulley and the green matches what we already have for the wife's Jeep. I will update if needed to lower star rating after we use it, if no update need it'll stay 5 stars.

Absolutely do the job

As the headline says, I was unable to register this item on the Aya Gear warranty site. Site would not accept my Amazon order number (even when copied and pasted in). Otherwise, the block seems to be fine, well-constructed and a good value for the money. I'll know more when I test it out with a heavy load but it is made of good steel and has grease fitting for lubrication. Aya: get your warranty site fixed !!.
