I liked the idea and look of these, so I bought two of them to try it out. I don’t know why, but for some reason both of them have a slow drip it’s not a big trip to see slim stream, probably because it only dispenses a slim stream when you pump it. Well, I had to set mine on a Sponge mat because I kept wondering why there’s always sticky on my counter and every day I wipe them off. Well, when I got up in the morning, I looked at it like I did not use these all night long obviously and there’s a drip down the side so that does not make me Get this a five star. It’s going to waste my coffee syrup, and it’s going to be a constant cleanup. If I didn’t have them already filled, I would return them.

I love almost everything except one of them was insistant to only face backward. What I mean by that is if you place the labels above the name on each bottle to make them all the same and then put the tops on, you are not guaranteed they will line up, look pretty, and be functional at the same time. If you notice, the one that says hazelnut faces backward and even though the spout is movable, it won't move completely around without being under the pump, making it unusable. I'll have to adjust it's every time we use it to keep it looking uniform when we're not using it. Minor to anyone who isn't obsessed with things being the same like I am. Other than that they look way better than the tall bottles at the coffee shops. They will look even better when I get the stand for them.

Very cute in my coffee station. Labels are super nice but each pump is very little syrup. For about a teaspoon it’s about 6 or seven pumps. I’m cutting back on sugar so not bad but if somebody likes their coffee sweet it may get frustrating.

I purchased a couple sets of these dispensers for our coffee bar. They work wonderfully and look lovely! A few of our guests have even commented on how much they like them. Only time will tell of their durability, but so far we are very pleased!

The company was very helpful in replacing the straws to the set after I misplaced. They were communicative and assisted me in a timely fashion so that I can enjoy using these beautiful dispensers for my coffee syrups.

The product itself is amazing, really love how it fits my coffee bar and is super simple to put together and use. I had a problem with one of my pumps but the seller helped me out by replacing it in a timely manner! Would recommend this awesome set to anyone who’s thinking about it!

You have to make sure to clean the straw and pump, especially if you are using sugary syrups. Other than its great

I absolutely love the look of my syrup bottles but i am having issues with the pump not wanting to work properly. I have washed them and they are still giving me issues. Just curious if any others have had this issue. I can’t seem to find a replacement pump for them.

The media could not be loaded.  I was very happy with my purchase, but I didn’t realize that one of the bottles had a defect in it until after I put in my syrup and it started leaking and now it is to late to return. If you do buy this, make sure to check your bottles as soon as you receive it.

I used the bottles to store two different coffee syrups and both bottles drip from the pump after you use them leaving my counters messy and sticky. I threw away the box otherwise I would have returned it.

while these are beautiful, i didn’t like the branding on the bottle and label. the plastic dispenser also feels cheap and i don’t have a lot of confidence that it’ll last long. i also wish i paid attention to what size these are since they’re a bit large for my liking but the bottle portion is made well. it’s a thick glass that has some weight. they do the trick and we have gotten some compliments on them but i don’t know that i’d recommend them.
