Bad experience, overall.
It's the 2nd time in a row a defective piece was sent. First when it arrived the safety grill was broken and the fan motor was coming out of its outer socket as it was not properly secured. I wanted to return but they sent a replacement. That's still fine.The replaced item came in good condition, no doubt. Nothing was broken or loose. But this time the fan's socket that would fit into the stand was narrow and simply would not fit in. The stand would not go into the socket, rendering the fan useless. Size of the mount and the socket are a mismatch.The company needs to have better quality check, before shipping the product.The initial enthusiasm to have the product has died and it feels like a bad purchase now.Overall experience should have been better.
