2X Brass Casement Locking Stay Arms - 10" Window Handles

Nice looking and a reasonable price. I found them a little tricky to fit though. should be fine for someone who is into DIY.

Found these to replace older version without a key. Found them easy to fit- the supplied template was helpful. I’m an ok DIY’er and these were a doddle to fit. The locking mechanism isn’t great. I find that the lock can slip under pressure so no good for me for security - but these aren’t the only locks on my window so not a deal breaker for me. I expect a bit of fettling and they’ll work better. Overall I’m pleased with them. A good budget option, attractive enough on the window and operates well enough.

Casement locking arm was basically okay as seemed more metal than the round 'sitting points', which seemed very light and less metal, but since I used the original metal parts still on the window, I did not test them out. The small screws that came with them should not be used at all - as you screwed them in the heads came off at the end, it happened more than once so used other good quality screws - one's supplied with were very thin metal. The casement locks arrived promptly though.

Easy install, received well packed. Would use again.

Nice quality but unfortunately there was a mix up with delivery. This was corrected but only on my second time of asking

Fitting new bars on old widows needs patience and care. I needed 1mm spacers to make good geometry on some windows that had twisted slightly (old ones do after 25 years!). The trickiest bit was fitting the locking tab, getting the right distances for the locks to work correctly.Look good on, pleased we bought them. Just have patience and don't try rushing.

Bought these as I needed a replacement for one that had broken. They fitted well but I cannot work out for the life of me how they lock. No instructions in the package.
