Purchased for my Nephew and his new Map turtle. Very easy to set everything up, filter works perfectly well for his little turtle. Concidering how messy they can be, I've had to clean fish tank filters far more regularly than this has required. There has been no need to use the drain facility as of yet due to how good the filter is.All in all perfect little set up and really does look lovely. Tortuga is extremely content!

Good tank. I use a bit of wire mesh for a lid. It has the groves for that to slide it in. . Or can have it open. Nice happy. Got load of these tanks and the the other ones from this company. . One thing. Need bigger ones to that would be good. But will be getting some more off the other ones next week. Amazing

This turtle aquarium kit is perfectly suited for hatchlings, though it's important to keep in mind that for larger turtles it might not be the best fit. The construction is commendable with a mix of glass and plastic, though a bit of caution is needed with heat lamps due to the plastic corners. I'm pleased to report that it holds water confidently, so no unexpected soggy disasters. Convenience is enhanced with an easy drainage system, sparing me the hassle of manual siphoning. On weekends, when I'm not engaged in DIY projects or hillwalking, I can simply move my musk turtle over while I perform deeper cleaning sessions on its primary home. It's designed well for such temporary setups. I have no complaints about it's quality, and think the kit offers reasonable value. But would've preferred a larger size.

First off the size is definletly suited for hatchlings , not at all suitable for adult turtles etc , so bear that in mind ! The design looks great the sides are corners are plastic but the flaw there is if you need a heat lamp it meant be dangerous ,and the rest glass. Tested the tank for leaks by filling with water and it seems for now water tight , drains easily away no need to siphon water .by hand . I will be using this whilst I change our musk turtle tank out , and can place her in it whilst I clean out the tank ,price wise slightly expensive but it does look good
