I was looking for a supplement that had fenugreek and I stumbled upon this product. If you've done some research, you know the importance of fenugreek in one's nutrition. Fenugreek has been consumed for hundreds of years and is considered a miracle nutrient. The fact that it comes with Maca root along with Ashwagandha is an added bonus. I have taken it for a few weeks now and I have noticed no side effects. I like the fact you don't taste the fenugreek or the other ingredients because everything comes packed inside a capsule. The included black pepper makes it easier for your body to absorb all the included supplements.Just make sure you do your own diligence and research. Just be aware that most likely this product is not eligible for returns. That is why I stress the importance of doing your own research to make sure this is what you want. In my case, I am glad I have added this product for my daily supplemental regimen. I am almost finished up with this bottle and I am definitely going to order another one very soon.

Haven't been using very long yet, but liking it in double or triple size dosage.

Got this because my appetite is nonexistent most of the time and Maca has helped in the past. My appetite started to come back within 2-3 days of taking. I’m also in a better mood overall. Ashwagandha usually breaks me out, but I didn’t have a bad reaction to this which is great because it’s been great for my mental health.

Mind fog almost completely went away with this product

I'm not sure if it’s the poor quality of the product or an authentic reaction, but something is not right with this product. I would not suggest this. I tried it two times and ended up discarding what I had not used. Waste of money.

This product is just okay so far. It definitely gives me energy and focus but it makes me constipated! I have stopped it and am still having tummy troubles.
