I don't do reviews. Sadly, I just don't find time.However, for this, I feel I need to. Firstly, I am not gullible, I was not expecting to use it once and become toned and Charles Atlas overnight. Secondly, the reviews sounded 'half decent' and the price was not cheap so you would expect some sort of respectability about the product.Far from it. The package arrives, like an Ikea package, you firstly make sure all the pieces are enclosed and secondly, your charge everything up before us.The result is a very cheap item that is, in my opinion, not worth the money (or the hope).The 'gum strips' are not sticky enough. You have to sit down at an angle to be able to ensure the unit sits on your stomach. The reviewer who says that carried on doing other things whilst using it must have attached it using 'no more nails'.The pulses given out are so week, you do not actually see your stomach move or indeed, feel it !Years ago, we bought a slendertone. Very expensive at the time but it worked. This is a lot cheaper and it looks so, feels so and does not do what it says on the tin.Avoid, save yourself £30, order a pizza instead.
