Perfect!! After several wrong orders, I finally researched and read that I needed more INPUT ports not output. This device works well. It was so simple to connect my devices to my Samsung smart TV. The remote is handy when my family plays their consoles and then forgets to put it back to my digital cable. If you don't have the remote the device itself has manual buttons (the remote is quite small), soil get my exercise in when I have to get up and change the channels! Highly recommend

Just what I was looking for. I can't get the remote to work to save my life. I've changed batteries more than once. And it won't even work up close to the receiver. It shows on the remote that I'm pushing the button bit it won't work to switch between ports. Which is upsetting because I switch back and forth alot in one sitting. It'd be a five star review if I could.

When your flat screen TV has limited HDMI ports and you have lots of devices to set up with the TV like DVD Player, game consoles, computer server / tablet. This unit come with 5 inputs, a remote control, an output HDMI to the TV. The unit device control can be changed by the remote or a button on the unit. The picture quality is great, the device change is quick. The unit is easy to set up and use.

So far it's awesome. I just finished our home theater and decided that I wanted to connect more than one video source to the projector without have to swap between DVD, game console, etc. Now it's as easy as a click of a button on the remote. It seems very well made. The input/output locations are a little oddly placed as some reviews note, but that's a minor issue compared to the overall convenience the unit provides.

The good: it rackmounts easily due to the compact, really rather handy, design.The cons: it doesn't work with all hardware combinations. Switching is slow, 3-5 seconds, but that may be a monitor issue as well. Durability kind of sus.Durability: when I first got it, 2 of the 3 input devices worked without issue on the monitor I needed this for. The 3rd device was trying its best, but couldn't quite make it. An alternate monitor worked fine with all three input devices. A day or so later I unhooked everything to take some measurements of the switch so I could print a mount for it. As I turned it to measure the different sides, I noticed a rattling sound caused by something rolling around loose inside. I didn't drop it. Now, none of my input devices work on the first monitor. So I guess if I shake it a bit maybe it will work again, or maybe its cooked. I dont know. But it never really worked the way I need it to with my hardware setup anyways.Maybe you'll have better luck with your hardware being supported.For m e though, its a pouting disappointment. Not just that it's broken, but that it's sealed and as a result ill never know what's rattling inside or if I could have fixed it.
