Great for sleeping
My wife loves her pillow. We needed to buy larger the standard queen sized pillow cases since these pillows are so fluffy.

Flat and very uncomfortable
I received the pillows, vacuum sealed, and I let them fluff for 3 days plus. We used these pillows half a night and couldn't stand them anymore. They were just flat...zero support. I'm not certain these were even the Marriott brand since there was no label on the pillow or in the box that indicated the brand. They most likely were not Marriott since they were nothing like the pillows I slept on in the actual hotels. I had to return these pillows since they were useless to us.

Exactly the Pillow I Hoped It Would Be!
I ordered my King Size Marriott hotel pillow back in June - it's now October as I write this review. When you are considering spending money like this on a pillow, you really should hear from someone who has spent quality time with it first, don't you think?Let me tell you - this pillow and I have a pretty serious relationship going on...lol! 3 months later, and I still LOVE it! I think it's The One <grin>It's big and fluffy and makes me feel spoiled when I get into bed (still waiting on room service to appear). The pillow offers me the support I need and the luxury I want. What I really love most about it is that it's "squishy". Hard to explain how a pillow can be both supportive and squishy, but this pillow is. When I sleep on my side, I can wrap my arms around this big ol' king size pillow and it squishes up...but the part under my head is still supportive and super comfy. It's a big, thick, fluffy pillow, but it doesn't sleep like a big thick pillow. Hope that makes sense =)Naturally, what *I* want from a pillow is not what everyone wants, but this pillow is everything I hoped it would be.Very, very happy with this purchase!

"If you want to sleep with feathers, get a chicken".... not the real JW Marriott pillow, sending mine back
Ah, the siren song of the lightning deal... for a mere $70 you can have this pillow.... so I gave it a shot, and called my friend who also ordered two. First off, let me say I'm a Marriott Platinum Rewards member and I stay in a LOT of Marriotts. I can't figure out which Marriott this is, but it's not JW Marriott pillow or even the Residence Inn pillow. At this price, I'm expecting a pillow that's mostly if not all down.... this one is mostly if not all feathers by the feel of it. When you put your head on it, you can feel the feathers poking through and can feel them rustling against each other. It reminds me of a cheap $25 feather pillow I bought at TJ Maxx years ago and finally had to donate.I'm sending this one back to Amazon... and called my friend to ask what she thought of her pillow without telling her my opinion...she said she already sent it back, that if she wants to sleep with feathers she'll get a chicken! ha haI have seen some nice down-wrapped feather pillows but this is not one of them. I had great success (and still get compliments in our guest room) with Royal Velvet down pillows but Amazon no longer carries those... then in 2011 I bought "Blue Ridge Home Fashions" down pillows but those are also discontinued. My advice would be to search the current listings and avoid any that are feather/down combos and just go for the pure down ones with 600 fill power if you can find it. Currently the only ones on Amazon that meet that criteria are "Cuddledown" pillows but at double the cost of these, I can't recommend---too expensive. The quest for the perfect pillow continues. Hope this review helps.
