Professional Brake Line Flaring Tool- 45/37 Degree Set - Single, Bubble, and Double Flares

I installed all new brake lines in my classic car using nickel copper lines. This takes a little practice to get perfect fitting flares but once you figure it out it's a breeze. I started with steel lines and it was a bit harder to get perfect flares every time. Worth the money for sure. Beats the old school hand held flares for sure.

Just used the tool for a couple of flares and so far I’m happy with the quality. I did have to lube up the cam that presses the turret into the tube and any other parts that rub against each other.

I had no issues with tuning sliding out of dies which was a plus.. dies are also labeled good.. it is a little rough on the moving parts but I'm sure oil and use will smooth it out.. did a 3/16 and 1/4 bubble flare and looked as good as anything that you would get from part's store.. also well labeled as far as the steps for making the flare.. don't think you'll get a better flare for the price.. I was surprised at how heavy it was..

On its face product looks good. But REDLOONG claims that this product can bend 3/16 NiCopp for Bubble flares. First a bubble has a 90 degress at its shoulder and all included have either a 45 or a 37 degree shoulder. And second, the end result is not compressed into a bubble. In essence It does not make clean bubble (dim) flares. It is also very difficult to use. I would think that it would have some leverage but in my opinion it was very difficult to fully complete a cycle which is necessary to produce good end results. When I did a double flare it turned out ok; but not a bubble (dim) flare.Product will be returned.

Unit works very well. A little bit bulky for tight areas.
