Easy to use. My wife loves her Adidas trainers but the tongue is just too long. This was unstitched, cut down, glued back in and stitched. Now a perfect fit. Great glue.

I have a pair of slippers which I really like but the soles were becoming detached. I had tried 3 different sorts of glue sold to repair shoes. None of the repairs lasted more than a week before starting to come undone. The slippers were becoming dangerous so this was the last ditch attempt before I had to throw them away. The glue is ultra sticky (wear gloves and work over old newspaper - don’t make the same mistakes as me!) but has dried to a clear, shiny, non-sticky finish. The repair was weeks ago now and the soles haven’t budged one millimetre! The repair has held totally and I am thrilled. 4 weeks ago, a pair of shoes developed a leak via a seam on the sole so I tried putting glue into the seam. My expectations were low because this glue would be on the sole which is walked on and scuffed along the ground - so far, they remain watertight and I know that I can repeat the fix if needed.This glue isn’t cheap but it is worth every penny. Be aware that you can see it on the shoes (as a clear but shiny mark) so be careful when applying it if this matters. I will be recommending this glue to anyone who wants to prolong the life of favourite footwear!

Have used it a few times in my introduction to the remote cars hobby and so far it’s been a success, even had to remove it on one occasion and, although it is very good as an adhesive, if you pick at an edge it can be peeled cleanly off leaving no residue.So verdict so far is very ‘goo’ d.

I applied liberally in the split after cleaning with Isopropyl alcohol, then used bulldog clips to hold the soles together for 24 hours. A good solid seal

Much runnier and more messy than the original shoe goo.

Fixed a pair of old and much-loved walking boots. Soles now firmly held in place and ready for winter.

Not sure if user error or the product, but didn't last on my boots
