Highly Recommend for Diabetics
I wear a Continuous Glucose Monitor and this low carb bread allows me to safely eat a sandwich. And it tastes good too. With 23andMe blood testing I learned I inherited DNA that causes me an inability to safely digest grains without blood sugar spikes. I verified this with the glucose monitor on my arm, 24/7.
