I have always enjoyed the practicality of The author. This book was just what needed on my spiritual walk to get closet to God. I love the way she guides and encourages to be quiet, stop talking, and moving so that you can hear from Lord. He has a word and a plan for you.

Priscilla Shirer is my favorite author. Her books are easy to ready, follow, and understand. She has a way of interpreting scriptures and applying them to life that makes sense. I love the stories she tells. This book is once again a great read. I grew up in church my whole life, and I always heard people say "God told me this..." or "God is leading me here..." I always wondered how come I never hear from God the way they do? This book helped me understand how to prepare myself and helped my understand the way God communicates. I'm thankful I read this.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and you will too. I was so excited when I received this book in the mail. For one week I read three chapters and went through the short study guide as I read. At the end of reading this book I did hear from God in a dream. In the dream I was told to find Jonathan. I woke up thinking Jonathan was an angel, but as I dug deeper I found out he was the son of Saul. Jonathan was the eldest son of King Saul and the best friend of Kind David. The strengths of Jonathan are loyalty, wisdom, courage and fear of God. Jonathan's name means Jehovah has given. The last thing that was mentioned about Jonathan was the will of God always prevails over our human instincts.

I have recommended this book to some sisters in Christ who are struggling right now!!! Thank you LORDAnd thank you for writing this book!!!

Good Bible study. I learned a lot from I Samuel, such as how to be a listener in our communication with God.

This author has such a passion to see others connect with Christ. If you are looking to take your relationship with God to the next level, this is a must read!

This is a good book if you already purchased her other book. This is kind of a continuation and helps interpret and understand communication with God

I would recommend this book to any woman in a time of uncertainty or facing challenges in life. The scriptures, prayers and examples were perfect for life application. This book has truly helped me evaluate and reflect on my life right now and through it I know that I have grown in my relationship with God. It is a must read!
