Hubby bought this for me for my birthday. However this is a great watch for teenagers or women who have tiny wrists. I am a woman in my 30s and this watch fits comfortably all day and night long. For someon who is constantly in the kitchen this has been a life saver. I no longer have to rely on the timer in the other room if i go sit down or walkaway. I never take it off. Not even for showers. It withstands water and anything else I have put it through so far. Might sound odd but now I always know what day it is lol. Has lots of features and easy to program.
