I had very high hopes for this product. That is why I bought it. I used the product (following the instructions) for 136 days. My neighbor bought some and we shared it. Then I bought 3 bottles for myself. NADA! Sadly nothing changed for me. So word to the wise! I followed the directions very carefully and was hopeful some little change of any kind for the Better! Did NOT HAPPEN. I am a regular Buyer on AMAZON. I buy regularly and am very responsive to making reviews. Well, this product DID NOT WORK FOR ME. LWL Arl. VA.

Very oily and unpleasant taste. I have noticed a reduction in the popping and crackling.

This has none of the ingredients that the add I was looking at has. Hemp oil and MCTs. how is this suppose to help the ringing in my ears? Why did I fall for this. I wish there would have been reviews before I purchased this product. I wonder if it is good for anything since, I am stuck with two bottles of it.

Helps a little but has not stopped the ringing

This product should br relabled- vitamins for the tongue. Horrible product and doesn't even come close to what they say. If scientist and Doctors invented this, well I hate to burst your bubble. But get a new progression. YOU STINK. Go back and finish grade school. Even kids know what vitamins are. Then you had enough nerve to refund only 1 bottle when you specifically said money back "guarantee " Big rip off. Horrible product and lies all around this false product.

This does not work is product does not work no improvement at all actually got worse

The second bottle of Cortexi was a variety of herbs. It works good but, it is very addictive. When you research the herbs, you find out that Digoxin is in the herbs. Digoxin is a heart drug. I do not recommend taking this product by mouth. Bought from Avilo Concepts Fort Collins, Colorado

I have been taking the tincture for a few weeks now. It tastes pretty good; no burning sensation or unpleasant aftertaste. I haven't noticed a change yet in mental clarity or cessation of ringing in my ears (somewhat mild to begin with). But I am committed to staying on it for the 2-3 months that is recommended.
