These cork bricks are very sturdy and good-looking. They are also comfortable to hold onto.

Love the blocks. They give much better support compared to the foam ones. The balls are a bit hard for my taste, but will do the job.

Just what I needed to supplement my exercise equipment. The blocks arrived quickly, well packaged. They’re very dense and seem to hold up well. The bonus therapy balls were a nice surprise. They’re shown in the listing but not mentioned in the description so I want sure if they were included.

Back in the early Iyengar yoga days, the blocks were heavy and made out of wood. While sturdy and long lasting, these did not feel good for bony people, let’s say in a supported backbend. Also, if you accidentally dropped one on your toes they could hurt or even break your toes. Then came fairy light foam blocks. I like these sometimes, but then again at other times they are simply too light. Meet blocks made out of cork and you have a happy medium! There are two small cork balls included in this set. I haven’t had a chance to use them yet, but they feel intriguing to me. My only gripe with the blocks is that I wish they were slightly higher. Nevertheless, a great addition to the yoga room.

Perfect for mobility yoga. My other blocks aren't as firm. These are the perfect weight and density
