Returned! NOT as described
Highly disappointed. Attempted this Getac from Amazon twice now. First one arrived in good overall condition but useless. Its listed/sold as having Windows 10 which is required for all of the factory Getac applications to work... this has Window 11 on it. Its basically just a monitor. You cant even access the keyboard or access to bios with it. Also missing the port cover and has very weak batteries. Amazon said send it back, sorry.Ordered a second one. This one was the same but being shipped from Amazon/amazon renewed program. Same computer/setup but "damaged box but the computer was in like new condition with all accessories/components." Arrived today, box was slightly damaged but the computer itself had heavy damage to the rubber trim bumper assembly. It also again was setup with windows 11 NOT 10 and is useless. Again going back to Amazon for a refund. Annoyed because it seems like a good deal. I'm not new to these Getac tablets as I use them for work and wanted to build one for my garage/car work shop. This is the perfect computer for it... just not this listing the seller I received mine from. Unfortunately I am sure it will be sent back and resold to someone else described as "like new" and ready to use. Buyers beware.

Great product but the flash does not work on all three of the tablets.
Great product, timely delivery, loaded with everything we needed in the shop. Only issue we have is the flash is not working with the camera on the back of the unit. Likely an App or a driver issue we will need to work through. Hopefully its not a hardware issue.
