This product is absolutely useless. It takes forever to crush the ice and you can't fill the ice tray, you have to feed it little bits of ice, if you put too much ice in it won't work. It is very loud, not worth the time and effort just use a blender.

The ice crusher broke today now I need a new one. It worked great until today I purchased the ice maker on September 30th it worked less than 3 months

Perfect for what I need! Works great, although the cubes get stuck sometimes and I have to open and re-adjust. Otherwise, love it!! Had to lower a star though because it only lasted a year before the motor burned out :(

It's an awesome crusher . It just is not holding up. It just stopped working, no warning. And my return window went out the end of May. I would love to just replace it.

This product makes the very best Margueritas and Pina coladas I've ever tasted. A minor dislike is that it makes a loud thrashing noise as its crushing the ice cubes, but that's easily forgotten once I taste the drinks it mixes.

It does crush ice, but takes forever, with many starts & stops. Ice often doesn't crush, so stopping, rearranging ice, restarting is too time consuming, when you just want crushed ice for a drink. For more than one person it's too time consuming. Spend more & get a better product.
