NOT POWDER
I put in search window asking for Lecithin Powder which i have bought many times before. Unfortunately I thought as I had written Sunflower Lecithin Powder that would be what i received. I did not know it was a liquid used for cosmetics and preservatives. I’ve just wasted £20.95 as when it was delivered I put in cupboard (I still had some of my last powder left) and as return date was a few weeks ago I cannot send it back. Please beware What a waste!!!

Prefer powder but nonetheless - it works
I didn't realise it was liquid - it's messy and hard to clean up by it's very nature. I'd prefer powder.However - if, like me, you're after Lecithin for baking then you hit the sweet spot. I use Lecithin to add rise to bread dough and this stuff does that job well. I estimate around 25% more volume in bread rise using this.

Didn't know what to expect when getting this, but was just what I needed. Easier to use than powder. Will buy again
