THEE BEST Soy Sauce I've Ever Had! Low-Sodium Yamasa Soy Sauce Has As Much Flavor As the Original!
After years of having those bland little packets of cheap soy sauce with my orders, I didn't know soy sauce could potentially taste any better. When I tried this, I wept for all the times I used bland soy sauce instead of this delight.I first came across this brand in a sushi restaurant. I ate the sushi before and after using the soy sauce and could tell that the sauce brought it to another level. I immediately bought the original Yamasa Soy Sauce. When I used that bottle up, I bought this Yamasa Low Sodium Soy Sauce instead as a healthier option.Let me tell you, there is no difference in taste! Really good (Shoyu) sot sauce.
A chief in San Francisco introduced me to Yamasa years ago. Its a very flavorful Japanese style soy sauce or shoyu. I prefer it to the big name brand Chinese style soy sauce. I live in the the middle of country now and can't find it in any store here in OK. A bit pricey to buy online but worth it to me.

Love the sauce, arrived damaged
Love this low sodium soy sauce - used to find it at the asian market in the city I lived in. Moved to a more rural area and couldn't find it. Thankful to have found it on Amazon. My only issue is that the bottle arrived damaged. It was not properly packaged prior to shipment and the top of the bottle was dented in so far that it took a fair amount of effort to "pop" it back into shape so that I could unscrew the cap.

Best Soy Sauce
Yamasa is my favorite soy. I discovered it because my favorite sushi restaurant uses it. Both the regular and low sodium are equally good.

I could practically drink it
Love love this on almost all food I cook! Veggies, beef, chicken, rice, etc. The lower sodium is still high though so I have to be careful not to saturate. Bought the small glass jar with pour lid in the past and love refilling it. Fantastic flavor and no preservatives.

This soy sauce is less salty tasting than Kikkoman. Very Good.
