Delivered 5 days ahead of schedule. Excellent service with all info included in the box.The macbook is absolutely brilliant for the price. I used windows for 10 years and thought and older refurbished model would help decide weather to move to apple permanently.Fast, easy to use, took me 2 days to get completely confident with using it. Battery last a few hours and the trackpad is a total delight.I use it for work, streaming films, videos and some small editing.Couldn’t recommend highly enough, don’t bother looking at other options in this price range, you won’t find a better value product.

Fantastic Mac laptop for it money , I had wee problem to get it open as had a tech password but then I read all the instructions and it had password to open it. Also explain how to remove tech off system/ add your own Apple account to it. The only down fall I found is the laptop was not fully reset to factory settings but that easy to do if you know ur way around a laptop I had to do it as a lot of the person before me short cuts where still save to it. The laptop was in excellent condition. It comes with a 12 month warranty but adding a review they give u another 6 months. So don’t waste money on amazon electric warranty as your just waste your money.

Honestly don t bother . Such a waste of money . I have a Mac book air for 12 years , still works perfectly , my daughter needed a laptop for school and couldn t justify spending so much on a new Mac book so I thought a refurbished One would be much better than any other new laptop from other brands. What a mistake !!! Absolutely waste of money . Takes forever to wake up , opens webpages very slooowww , if you open more than 2 pages , it crashes , screen freezes anytime you want to open a game, absolutely rubbish ! You can imagine the frustration . It can t actually be used so I had to buy something else anyway . Do yourself a favour and don t waste money on this , I should have just bought something else to start with .

Purchased for 12 year old Xmas gift. So now back in box ready the big day.Was looking at other products but husband wanted to stick with apple but these are very expensive !!! Found this product within the hidden gem deals so sent darling husband the link... who then wore me down ! Arrived next day ... well packaged (not original box) started up quickly ... linked in with family sharing ... apps uploaded... looks brand new due to new decal skin ... all seems to work brilliantly... no issues or concerns at point of review . Unable to comment on battery life ..So ... so far so goodA 2009/10 product ... less that £170 with an 18 month warranty and a very happy husband!

Arrived safely and quickly. This was a present for my partner at Christmas so had only just started to use it. So far it’s been great charger included, condition is pretty good, windows 10 installed and the laptop is ready to start up as new. Nice clean laptop and works as should do. Having some issues at mo with airdrop. It that maybe to do with the age but doesn’t take away from the rest of it.

This MacBook Pro was advertised as being white. The delivered model is metallic silver. It was advertised as running OS Sierra, but in fact, it's running an older OS - El Capitan 10.11.6. It's a very old MacBook, probably originally produced in 2008. It's in good physical condition - there isn't a single mark or scratch on it, but it is NOT as advertised.
