Broken after 14 days and no help provided by anyone

No indication of "finished washing" or "not washed" but cleans well!
Does a great job on the dishes but with no "finished washing " indicator we have unfortunately added dirty dishes to clean ones and had to rewash on a few occasions.

Hasn’t worked properly since the day it was installed. Currently left with a non working dishwasher and customer service not returning our messages

إذا كنت تقكر في اقتناء هايسنس لاكثر من سنةفلا انصح بذلكغسالة اطباق و الرفوف بدأ فيها الصدأ !!!!!!بعد سنه و نصف و ينتقل على الاواني ، و لا يوجد بديل في الامارات.
