Though I had to send the product to them through courier, they never stopped communicating with me. They even sent me a video when they resolved those issues. I got back my gimbal yesterday and it is fully functional without any issues. A big THANKS to ORIGIN MARKETING for not only resolving the issues but also for communicating with me time to time and making me feel relieved. This is the kind of service everyone wants.

Battery is really good and lasts long. Small display on the gimbal really helps to know what mode it is in. No guess work. I am still learning to use this. It's a little heavy and need to keep in the case if not using. It do not fold to very small size and definitely cannot put in pocket. But a good and sturdy gimbal. Price is a little on the higher side.

Firstly, hats off to hohem for coming up with this brilliant product. The gimbal has an amazing build quality and grip. The video output is really steady. The battery life is amazing as offered with an option to charge your phone or accessories if required directly from the gimbal. To give an example, I took this to Maldives for a trip of 5 days and I never had to charge it.It has a wide angle view which ensures that frame does not obstruct the view and auto adjusts accordingly and also comes with 360 degree rotation.This gimbal let's you use your native cam app for certain features which is a boon since I'm a Google pixel user. The AI tracker is pretty accurate once you get it started.The only two things which I feel the gimbal should have had is a button based quick switch to portrait mode. There is a gesture based portrait mode but it's not super user-friendly and it requires you to maintain a certain posture. Second, it could have been priced a bit lesser.
