Spectrum NoirNoir Color Colorista Coloured Pencils-Pack of 12-Floral Sensation, One Size, Multicolour

I am enjoying the use of these pencils. My only issue is that I am acutely aware of how much pressure I need to apply for color to deposit on the page. It greatly depends on the quality of the paper. I have come across two adult coloring books that I have to apply so much pressure to the pencil for a color deposit that it simply isn't worth the effort, frustration, and cramped hand.

They are very durable, soft color. They make a picture shine with color.

They are okay pencils. I have to be careful of the paper because the pigment is just not there without a lot of work. They are also very thin pencils. They are not my top pick but they are okay.

I really enjoy Spectrum Noir products and this item was no exception. I really like these! Good pigmentation, good variety of colors for portraits... I do wish there were a couple of purples and blues for shadows, but that can easily be supplemented with other sets. I uploaded a pic of a rough painting I did with the pencils used for highlights and shadows. I highly recommend these for the price and the quality. Excellent as a gift for yourself or others.

and by using them over the markers, I found out that "Bright Pink" goes very well over the "Carnation " Colorista from the Feelgood Florals master marker set so I think I may have stumbled on a great combo. This is really going to be fun to see how many of the markers have color pencil matches. Have fun coloring!!!

These pencils have great colors & a terrific price point. I like how they lay down but they are lacking basic colors. There needs to be a good opaque white pencil & a black, included or create an additional pack with skin tones, a few more grays ( there is 1 gray, in one of the packs) & a “opaque “ white & black. But I tend to use several different brands of colored pencils together but it would be nice not to have to supplement them. They are a bargain & I recommend them.I would purchase them again.

These colored pencils were ok. Not the worst. Certainly not the best. Great for kids

I Have Bought These Sets Twice, 1 I Use Now. I Think They Are Really Creamy, The Leads Are Thick, No Idea If As Thick As The Expensive Brands. I Have Put The Set I Am Using In 120 Slot Case, With My Phoenix Pencils ( the 1s with a ginger cat on the box) They Lay Down Well With Each otherI Have Done Pictures With Just These Spectrum Noir, In My Opinion There Fantastic Value, Give Me A Lovely Picture.I Am Not A Professional Nor Have I Been Doing This For Years, I Have Not Bought The Really Expensive Brands, So I Can Not Compare Them To Those.I Wouldn't Of Bought Second Set If I Did Not Like Them.

My wife does a lot of adult colouring and I like to sketch, these pencils are fantastic value for money and well worth the asking price, this company is new to me and it looks like they will give the more expensive brands a run for their money. I Love Derwent and Castle art myself but they are very pricey, these are a refreshingly good start for those on a budget but want a quality colouring pencil. Highly recommended.

Bought theses pencil for the younger family members that visited me to deter them from using my expensive artist pencils. Was impressed when I tried them out…,, they are quite creamy and blend well and the colour worked beautifully together. Got them in the sale for next to nothing and the kids love them.

I'm a fan of spectrum noir classique and aqua, so these pencils add to my collection.
