A little noisy
Good air conditioning

Quieter than expected
Other reviews had me worried about the noise, but at most it’s about as loud as my air purifier is on its highest setting. Most importantly it makes my usually unbearably hot room a much nicer place to be. I did have some trouble with a missing part, but I contacted the seller and they took care of it quickly (good customer service here 👍).

Very bad engineering, the outdoor pipe constantly comes out, made of very cheap plastic

Saved this menopausal woman’s life this summer!
Well what can I say? This air con unit has been a god send this summer. Currently going through menopause and the summer nights are horrific.This has allowed me to get some much needed sleep. It’s just as good as the plumbed in air con units at work.100% the best investment I’ve made in a long while. I’ve even had family members buy one after seeing how good mine was.It’s noisy, obviously it has to be to do it’s job. But o wouldn’t say it was the loudest noise, if you can sleep with a fan on you’ll be fine. Plus in my opinion, the cooling power this has outweighs the noise factor every day of the week.The remote is a great feature so that it can be easily turned on or off while you’re in bed and it also has other modes, such as a dehumidifier too.All in all it’s a great machine, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

Value for price.
I'm using it everyday since 4 monts.1. It does cool my bedroom greatly.2. it's loud but if you need a white noise to sleep then it's great.3. It has a powerfull fan

Disadvantage not easily portable
I found this product very good does its job really well. However I was very surprised how heavy it was.. I intended to use it for home and caravan. But the weight does detract from that. However for the home excellent.

FAULTY WITHIN 30 DAYS
We bought two of these air conditioners from the same seller. The first has missing parts, the second has now developed an electrical fault within 30 days. Over £400 spent, yet still don’t have a decent air conditioner we can use. Very very poor quality, regret buying and wished we had purchased elsewhere.
