These lifts help balance my legs so I may stand straighter with no back ache or ankle pain after being on my feet all day. I ordered a set for my husband also.

Just received these, so can't report yet on their durability (but I have my doubts - see below). But I CAN tell you that they are not exactly as described.Each silicone layer is 1/8", NOT 1/4" as described. What I received is 2 "pairs" with 8 layers for each, or if used with 4 layers as depicted, I have a total of 8 1/2" lifts. While technically this gives me a total of 4 lifts of 1" each (if I stick 8 layers together), I doubt seriously that they will stay together very long - the weight and constant motion of walking will probably cause the sticky part to quickly shift or just come loose.If you need relatively thin lifts, then maybe these are a good value, since you get a lot of 1/8" layers, but if you need 3/4" or more like I do, then I suggest you look for other options. In addition, pay close attention to the depicted measurements - these seem to be very narrow - good for a woman's shoe, but not a man's.One last comment on orthotics or heel lifts to address leg length differences: a simple wedge lift is NOT going to give you the same results as a real orthotic for several reasons, but the most notable thing to mention here is that the total height of the lift is NEVER going to be the measurement at the back edge of the wedge - the real height of the lift is going to be somewhere around the center of you heel; therefore, using four of these layers to create a nominal 1/2" lift (as measured at the back) is actually going to give you more like 3/8" or less, due to the slope of the wedge. So if your doctor has given you an actual measurement for your leg length difference, keep that in mind when looking for a cheap alternative to a custom orthotic. If you need more than 1/2", these thin slivers of silicone just ain't gonna cut it.

I was able to put it on my sandals and since they are clear, the lift doesn't show much. I will get more of these item

over the past year I have had a knee and hip replacement, leaving me with a discrepancy of 3/4 of an inch. These have been a life saver and I have ordered 3 or 4 packs so far. Because they are in smaller increments, I was able to use the just one at the beginning and add them as the issue continued. There is no problem stacking them as long as your heel stays in the shoes. Must more cost effective than changing the bottoms of every shoe you own.

Arrived in excellent condition. Easy to use and adjustable to fit different kinds of shoes.🥿 Would highly recommend for use.

They do not stay in place. They are comfortable but are all over in the shoe.

As I layered the lifts it became uncomfortable because each was a different size/length and I felt the difference in sizes making it feel uncomfortable
