I bought two of these to replace the rather tired original canopy over my table and to renovate an old parasol frame that we had. They are both the same colour (grey) and the photo shows how the canopies look in shade and from underneath with bright sunlight.We needed some more shade in the garden to allow us to sit out in our scorching weather and chose the grey to reduce any glare that a paler shade may have given.The table parasol frame has slim-ish round spokes and this replacement cover slipped on beautifully, it has nice deep pockets so shouldn't slide off the spoke ends when it is put down.On the older parasol the spokes are chubbier and rectangular in cross section, this was a bit more of a challenge to get the spokes into the pockets, but once we managed it the fit is snug and just about big enough. I imagine the small increase in spoke girth ate into the 3 metres just a little.We are so pleased not to have to buy the whole umbrella again, they both look just like new for a fraction of the price. I was a bit sceptical as of the quality given the price when I placed the order but I have been pleasantly surprised, I would definitely recommend that you give them a try. Chuffed to bits.

This is well made and fits my parasol perfectly. Fabric is quite thin but my parasol looks as good as new. Good value

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that you can buy the material replacements for these parasols. I didn’t know it was possible to buy this part on its own. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole parasol because my original cream cover was so dirty and covered in algae. I tried to wash it in the washing machine but it just didn’t come clean.This parasol material replacement is good quality and fitted my parasol beautifully and has given it a brand new look again.You need to make sure that you get the right amount of umbrella spoke holders in the material. As I believe this varies.

Super fabric and easy to replace the old battered version although did look up a U-tube which showed us what to do.

This was sold as a 2.7m replacement cover but is too large!

Hardly used (this summer has not been one for sitting out). One windy day and the pocket for one of the ribs has been torn.

Fitted perfectly! No problem fitting it and it replaced a very tired and tatty shade (it's left out in all weathers)to rejuvenate my garden umbrella. Very happy with the purchase.

Bought this for an ageing 8-spoke/ 2.7 m parasol. Fitted perfectly in 2-3 minutes even without any instructions! Looks smart and should last a good few seasons. BE AWARE … that you will need the top retaining collar piece from your old brolly to secure the fabric to the top of your parasol -as this is obviously not supplied. Only one other minor niggle - the way the product is folded-up into tight packaging means the fabric has many folds and creases which I’m hoping will even out once the parasol is weathered.Still only a few days old in the photo … but has improved since!
