Prefect fit!
I was hesitant to order but after reading the reviews I gave it a shot. It was a perfect fit and works just like the original.

Clean Slate
Got this for my Hoover Clean Slate because the 7 inch was too big and the small was too small. Worked well in cleaning small items and car seats.

Good suction and spraying.. NOT SCRUBBING!!
It says on the instructions to use the attachment, you should spray the area with the solution first, then scrub, then use the suction.. The rubber nubs and bristles are also attached to the wand with a very thin plastic clip( You can see the clip/attachment area in the photo on the rubber nubs). If you try to scrub at all on a carpet with a little bit of force, it will break. The FIRST TRY with the tool, after maybe 8 passes of scrubbing, it was falling off and completely cracked off the plastic. Very very cheap design. I understand wanting to have different ones you can change out.. But it needs to be secured better and stronger. It would just be better if it came with them not removable like the PET Antimicrobial tool. That tool has the rubber nubs integrated in it. I am returning this because of this honestly. It works by just using the Pet tool or the smaller crevice one.. But the WIDEST tool the machine comes with, now really isn't usable because they will just break off with a little force. And checked Hoover's website for a replacement part, and they cost 25 dollars.. Complete rip off (for that tool). I will be getting one that does NOT have these DETACHABLE rubber nubs/bristles.
