The best one yet
I've tried different ways of pressing tofu and this one works great. It's easy to assemble and twist tight, even came with a great quality muslin cloth. I made the mistake of ordering a muslin cloth on Amazon for this gadget and it fell apart the first time used. As far as mentions of rusting on one of the negative reviews, I didn't experience that problem at all. It's easy to clean.

Works well for Paneer ( Indian cheese)
Finally found a paneer press that does NOT need a heavy weight to be kept on it.This makes perfectly slicable / Cubable ( if thats a word) paneer in 24 hrs.Make sure you get rid of water by squeezing muslin cloth and knead the paneer gently to make is smoother before you put it in this mould. It comesout less crumbly and can cut it very well. Overall a great find!

Watch out, it's sharp
It gets the job sone but, be careful because the edges are super sharp. Filleted my finger the first time. I'm not crazy about the twist either. I am afraid of the screw scratching the metal pushing down and leaking debris into my tofu. So far, it hasn't done that but I have to see my eye on it. The idea is much better than using my heavy books on top of plates to drain tofu though
