I am really happy that I purchased this belt. I've been having fun playing around with the different modes and intensity levels. Currently using the armbands on my calf muscles at a level 10 intensity on mode 1. For the ab belt, I've been using mode 4 at a level 18 intensity. I've been using them off and on for the past 3 weeks, just trying to figure out modes and such that work best for me, before getting on a daily routine and tracking my progress.A big factor in purchasing this particular belt for me was the ability to just use water instead of having to keep buying gel pads. For me, this is much more straightforward and to the point.I was a little bummed when this arrived and it didn't fit around my waist😵😳. My immediate thought was to get back on Amazon and buy an extender strap. I decided to try the armbands out before doing so, and happy that I did because there is an extender strap in the package with the armbands 😁.

This thing definitely delivers an electrical current. If you don't have it moist enough when you start or tight enough it will bite a bit. I just received my belt and arm belts and everything else today and I am wearing them as I type this with them doing their thing. I definitely feel an electrical current causing my muscles to contract. I had one that was not a belt like this that I ordered from another site but this one is over and above the other one. The velcro straps are a bit difficult to get tight enough at times and the waist belt is somewhat small. I'm a big guy working on getting smaller and I had to buy a velcro strip here on Amazon that cost $3.99 it is stretchy and has velcro in just the right places. This item does come with an extension band of it's own but it wasn't long enough for me so I got the other one. The included extension band might be long enough for most but like I said I am a big guy. Until you get used to a certain level you will feel the electrical current biting you just a bit so try not to be surprised but it does indeed make muscles contract. I don't know how well this will work in the long term but it certainly seems like its doing something. I can take the abs belt all the way to the maximum level but the ones on the arms I am doing pretty good at around level 7 right now and that bites a little. If it's not moist enough you will feel it bite more and if it's not tight enough you will notice the bite more. I don't know if it would be okay to use conductive gel with this or not but it might help if you have trouble getting the straps as snug as they need to be. DOn't do it unless you find out it's okay though.

I had an Ab-Energizer in the past and I've simply loved it..... Finally it went out and had to venture out for a new one.First replacement I decided to purchase 😌 I went the cheap route, and was greeted with this belt of gooey gel I had to switch out .... clean and then replace - it was a hassle on top of a hassle - Needless to say I returned and purchased this replacement.Couldn't be happier- Just what I needed 😌Easy to clean - Charging is a breeze 😌 Power is awesome 👌

Got this for my wife, not as wide as we thought it would be. Very light impulses turned all the way up. We kinda thought it would be stronger. Its pretty easy to program has plenty of settings, but the manual doesn't tell you what they do, its try each one. with intensity all the way up there is very little action.

Worked great for a few weeks then stopped working, tried multiple times and the electricity no longer conducts to the ab belt pads.

Very easy to use., no batteries to change, charging very quick, compact, not bulky.
