No instructions
I bought this online and learned things about the device as I went along. The transfer of data & apps was easy following the instructions on screen. I wasn't expecting several icons to change and there were a lot of apps automatically added by the phone which I didn't want. It took some time to sort the icons to the page/order I wanted and the home page only had room for 12 (with another 5 permanent along the foot). One other thing is that I couldn't pair the phone with my car, but that might not be down to the phone.

Cover doesn't fit phone
Have to take it out of the case to charge it , the cover holes don't align up to the side buttons on the right and it can't charge with the case on

My phone fell once and the screen protector itself broke into pieces. I know it says it has couple of years guarantee, I didn't register and I didnt bother to as I am not gonna buy this product again. disappointed .b
