I am determined to get away from the artificial, chemical ladened sunscreens that are mass marketed. Too much cancer and dying reefs. I was surprised when I found Second Skin. 9 ingredients, and I can pronounce them all. Read the labels people. Fear the chemicals you don’t know. And it works. I recently did a two day canoe trip with no way to get out of the sun. I know it works because I was sloppy and missed a few spots and burned where I missed, but nowhere else. I noticed if it sits for a while you need to shake it before applying, but it goes on smooth. Works best if you put it on before you get hot and sweaty.No more nasty chemicals for me.

I did not like this because it doesn't spread even adding a carrier oil! Very disappointed. Can't wear it.

Living in the sunshine state it’s hard to stay out of the sun but also a reason why I’ll never leave. I suffer from seasonal depression. I always find I am trying on different sunscreens. One of my favorite hobbies is tennis. It’s so important to protect my skin while I am on the courts mid day but recently I have found the majority of the products cause my face to rash up with god knows what they put in it. A friend recently recommended second layer organics. I have to say I am a huge fan. My face immediately started clearing up and the rashes stopped coming back while playing. I like the fact I know exactly what is in it and it’s vegan. This will be my go to sunscreen going forward.

I wanted to love Second Layer Organics All Natural SPF 32 Sunscreen Body Lotion, but unfortunately, it was a miss for me. The consistency is incredibly thick and sticky—applying it feels like trying to spread cement across my skin! It doesn't blend easily, and I found myself having to really work it in, only to be left with a sticky residue that feels uncomfortable. While I appreciate the all-natural ingredients and high SPF, this texture makes it hard to apply evenly and smoothly. Hoping they can refine the formula for a better application experience!

It has good ingredients. But it's a very thick cream, takes some effort to apply.

I am already so white and I wanted a sunscreen without all the nasty chemicals (those are the ones that actually are causing cancer) I purchased this for a bachelorette party and when we did our beach day I was not that excited rubbing in my sunscreen and being more white than before. I’m leaving it three stars because of the ingredients and I believe it did not let my face burn

Finally healthy organic sunscreen. Make sure to check ingredients of whatever you use normally.
