Brilliant small size for 2 people to cook wirh

Great Small Pot
I use this for making a homemade chicken or turkey curry using shop bought sauces. Sear the meat and vegetables in the pot first, remove the seared meat then return to the pot with the veggies and pour in the sauce. Put the lid on and simmer until tender. Works great and holds enough for one or two portions at the most.

This little pot is in daily use in my kitchen at 220degreed C, bakes small loaf of sourdough bread beautifully . Ideal for dough weight of about 250 g. Domed lid allows moisture from dough to evenly circulate

Great little pan but...
This is a great little saucepan for oven or traditional hobs but it does not work well on an induction hob, it's very slow compared to other types/brands of saucepans.
