The media could not be loaded. We love the way these counter height French bistro chairs look and fit into our kitchen. They are sturdy, well designed and look fabulous --- exactly what we were looking for. The only hiccup was a dent we discovered on the top of one of the chairs. We contacted Purple Leaf and they responded within a day. After initial offers of a cash rebate, we decided to exchange them for new ones as per the return policy. Not only did Purple Leaf send us two new chairs that were completely flawless, but since I had problems repackaging the chairs in the box they were delivered in, they offered to let me keep them at no additional fee. Thumbs up to great customer service!

They look so beautiful in our space and feel super sturdy—honestly such a good deal for the quality.We ran into a small issue during installation, but the customer service team replied right away and helped us sort it out quickly. Can’t say enough good things.I rarely leave reviews, but this one deserved it.If you’re thinking about getting them—do it! We’re already planning to order more for our outdoor setup.

The stools arrived timely and look very nice but they cannot be assembled because the holes do not match up to attach the seat to the base. Very disappointing. I'm hoping for a resolution from customer service. Will update after I hear from the seller.Update. Seller sent another set they and went together like a dream. The color is a nice creamy yellow, not lemony at all. I'm super happy with them now and appreciate the seller's responsiveness.
