I have been looking for a trusted source of Creatine, when Wilderness Athlete introduced this product they had my complete attention. My blood work showed my vitamin D levels below optimal so this formula solved that problem as well. I didn't even know what HMB was, but after a few hours of research I am sure glad I bought it. First, I love the product BUT, whoever decided to throw in a scoop that's doesn't fit inside the container should be fired. I've wasted a ton of it trying to get the lid back on... the scoop is too long

no taste, doesn't completely dissolve in water. I add honey with ginger and taste ok. Personally not seeing any difference.

A potent, flavour-less, no bloat, effective supplement! I don't like all of the artificial flavours that most creative powder companies include, so it is very refreshing that this one just nails the basics! The price is fairly reasonable, considering what you are getting but you may be able to find cheaper options elsewhere if you don't mind the food dyes or the weird, added artificial flavourings. I got no nausea from this and it gave me really good workouts at the gym! Plus a really good pump overall, with modest but very tangible strength gains.

Me and a friend both tried this product. We both have been working out for years.Does not seem to work....it may also contain lead. It does come with a warning.Would not recommend.
