Works for peaceful sleep..but not anxiety calming. At least I don't feel anything at all but drowsiness. The reviews said pleasant taste..uh..no. taste like sweaty under arms smell. Disgusting really.

I have been taking these daily since Friday and lemme tell you, they are amazing. Compared to the Olly Sleep gummies, these are better flavor wise, price wise, and they work better. I’ve been stressed due to work and having to deal with an extremely heavy period. These gummies have been a lifesaver. I come home from work, eat dinner, shower, and then take 3 of these gummies before popping open a book. A little while later, I’m asleep before 11pm. These gummies taste great, hence the single star, other than that they had no effect on my stress or mood, been days using them now and haven't seen or noticed any slight improvement.
