Only just received this foam cannon so this is an unpacking, looks and feel review.I wanted a cheaper foam cannon for applying products like wheel cleaners, or foam sealants, something that if it did got clogged up and wasn't cleanable I could replace again.The actual head unit on this foam cannon is 97% identical in appearance to a well know brand (which I also have), starts with M and end in C. They could be twins :) It's not the same product though - for one it does not weight as much - the brass fittings differ slightly - shape and thickness. That said the head unit is solid and all the twisty bits feel solid and are easy to turn.I like the fact you get 3 orifices in total (1.2 fitted, and a 1.1 and 1.5 as spares) - so you should get decent foam no matter what pressure washer you have. And fitting them is simple - same as the other brand mentioned above.You also get a spare foam plug and a pin tool - which again is a very thoughtful addition - so if you're the kind of person who never cleans their foam cannon after each use, this extra foam plug will come in handy.The only downside I can see is the plastic product container which the main head unit screws on to. It's constructed of a light thin plastic - I wouldn't want to drop it with solution in, or stand on it - the other brand has a container which is built like a tank. Having said that the screw threads on both units look the same - I was able to swap the containers between the two head units, so this gives an extra workable solution should anything happen.Finally, the solution draw pipe isn't a flexible silicone one with a weight on the end - it does have a filter though - not that big a deal, just no car foaming with your cannon upside down :)All in all this product looks very good, especially for the price - it should be ideal for what I bought it for.

This foam lance is very well constructed - apart from the foam bottle. It is VERY flimsy and needs careful handling to avoid breakage. Such a shame that one component totally diminishes the quality of a potentially excellent product. The lance performs very well indeed producing a thick foam and the control of spread / thickness is very good too. The company really should upgrade their foam container though.

Bought this not so long ago, used a dozen times, the thread on the bottle has snapped, as seen in the pictures, the foam it creates is thick, which is what I was after. Just a shame about the bottle.

Excellent foam lance, I'm especially happy were the snow foam gauze mesh filter is located, making it easier to replace rather than having to use spanners to get to it like in other foam lances. I'm tempted to order another one as a back up. I'm a mobile car detailer and I've had expensive foam lances it the past. But this one is just as good, if not better.
