Unfortunately, I didn’t like the taste, I found the texture hard to digest, there was nothing wrong with the bars themselves. I gave them to a friend who thoroughly enjoyed them. They didn’t mention if it helped with energy levels, just said it was a good snack in between meals.Great price and was quick delivery.
