Better and natural
I bake specialty cookies and use Ube powder and Ube Extract. The first extract I bought was artificial and I’m happy to find this that has natural flavor and color. It’s worth the price and should be used sparingly in baked goods.

Bought this to make ube mochi. First time around, I followed the recipe and used 2 teaspoons. The color was not as purple so the second time around I used 2 teaspoons and the color came out perfect. Will be purchasing this again - maybe in an even bigger bottle. Next time, Iʻll make ube brownies.
